Abstract: This paper focuses on the application of original HDPE material in the long life extruded plastic artificial Bali hut roof thatched beach. Through the in-depth analysis of the properties of HDPE material, the feasibility and advantages of its application to the roof thatched beach in the simulated climate of Bali were discussed. Studies have shown that the artificial thatch beach made of original HDPE material performs well in terms of durability, weather resistance, etc., providing a new direction for the choice of roof materials for Balinese huts.
One, artificial Bali hut roof thatched beach
Bali is famous for its unique tropical scenery and characteristic architecture, of which the roof thatched beach of Bali Hut is an important embodiment of its architectural characteristics. Although the traditional natural thatch roof has certain aesthetic and cultural characteristics, there are many problems in durability and maintenance cost. With the development of materials science, artificial materials are gradually applied to the field of roof construction.
